1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of The Gilded Fork’s website, reservations, and services. By accessing or booking with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations & Cancellations

Table reservations are secured with a credit card. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time may incur a charge of £20 per person. For parties of 8 or more, different terms may apply – please contact us directly.

3. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

While we take every care to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, and shellfish. Please inform our staff before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. They are non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by The Gilded Fork and may not be used without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gilded Fork shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
